Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, booking an exam, or using any part of the Educare11plus  platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Educare11plus  Training Centre provides paper-based 11+, GCSE, and A-Level mock examinations conducted in person at our centre, together with online booking and digital result delivery. The platform enables parents to book exam slots, receive results, and manage their account.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Account holders must be the parent or legal guardian of the child sitting the exam. By booking, you warrant that you have the authority to consent to the processing of the child's personal data.

4. Bookings & payment

• Exam fees and any applicable booking fee are displayed before payment. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are not stored on our servers.
• A booking is confirmed only after Stripe verifies successful payment.
• Seats are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• You may have one active booking per child per exam.

5. Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellation by you: you may cancel a booking up to 7 days before the exam date for a full refund minus the booking fee (if any). Cancellations within 7 days of the exam are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by us: if Educare cancels or reschedules an exam, you receive a full refund including the booking fee, or may transfer to a rescheduled exam at no cost.
• No-show: failure to attend the exam without prior cancellation is non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Exam rules

• Students must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time with valid photo ID and the booking reference.
• No electronic devices, notes, or unauthorised materials are permitted in the exam hall.
• Special requirements (e.g. extra time) must be declared at booking with supporting documentation.
• Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry or disqualify a candidate for disruptive behaviour or cheating; in such cases no refund is given.

7. Results

• Results are published to the parent dashboard within [X] working days of the exam date.
• You will receive an email and optional WhatsApp notification when results are available.
• Results include raw score, percentage, subject breakdown, cohort rank, standardised test score, and standardised pass score where applicable.
• Mock exam results are indicative only and do not predict performance in actual grammar school or public examinations.

8. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Information you provide must be accurate and current.
• You may not share your account or book on behalf of another parent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access, probe, or scan the system other than through intended features.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person or provide false booking details.
• Resell bookings or use the service for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. Intellectual property

All content, branding, exam papers, answer keys, and software are the intellectual property of Educare11plus  or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or publish any exam content without written permission.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Educare's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected booking. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the terms before continuing to use the service.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
